-Experiment: Hybrid

Before anything, some people may 'recognize' his attire from Kau in togainu no chi which would be understandable because I used his outfit as reference.
Kieran may look like roughly a teenager but mentally and all he isn't quite that old, he grew at incredible rates (like in this picture took him less than a year). Anyhow, as for the outfit it was the only outfit that he would 'accept' in liking and physically could. For he can 'grow' wings (think of Kerrigan's wings from star craft basically in looks-they are similar) if he wishes and if he were to do that many clothes would prevent this. He cannot walk so he crawls about; the clothing is made to grow with him as well alter to his needs as well as be durable in the ways he would need (for it would be different for any other what his clothing would 'endure').

Anyways he is Tsung's son, but in the ways he came to be weren't 'normal' and thus got him locked in experimental captivity which the picture depicts. Right, as for the blindfold the story based on the time line of this picture-he suffered a wound across his face which mainly affected his vision. Although he heals fast-his eyes were rather injured and took longer-so to prevent further damage the blind folded him. He could still tell where he was going for the most part but it of course was hindered.
